Fitness First offers the top of the line CYBEX strength equipment. We offer both selectorized strength training machines to cover each muscle group as well as free weights and plate loaded machines.
Our Cardio Theater has 15 pieces of True treadmills, ellypticals, stationary bicycles and CYBEX Arc Trainers to help you burn those calories and get in shape.
All of our cardio equipment attach to the eight TV and music stations we offer so you can plug your headphones in and listen while you workout.
