Spinning:The Spinning® program was founded by endurance road cyclists, and their desire to bring that authentic cycling experience indoors. This is a form of exercise with classes focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery, and involves using a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel in a classroom setting.

Pilates: developed by physical-culturist, Joseph Pilates, Pilates involves controlled movements and specialized equipment. When performed regularly, Pilates can improve strength, flexibility, coordination, posture, and mental discipline. Pilates’ classes are a suitable option for those who wish to get a full body and mind workout.

High Intensity Interval Trianing: burning more calories in less time. By using intervals of work and rest our Cardio Burn Circuit classes help you maximize your calorie burning and continue to burn more calories over the 24 hours after your workout is over.

Yoga: involves slow movements, stretches, and poses. Yoga offers a number of health benefits, both mental and physical. Many individuals who practice regularly find yoga helps to reduce stress, build muscle, and improve posture.

TRX Classes: Using suspension training to obtain a full body workout. Improving core, balance, strength and total body stability. Good for all ages and levels.
