Types of Personal Training we offer:
One-on-one Personal Training- designed to work around your schedule. Our trainers will work with you to design your week, month and annual program. During the 50 min session, our trainers will take you through a workout designed for you to reach your goals.
Small Group Personal Training-2-4 people workout together with one of our trainers. This is designed to be part of our Executive membership. With the executive membership you will receive 5 sessions per month. Each workout is individually designed to fit the clients goals and fitness level. Class times are pre determined. You can chose any class that fits your schedule.
21 Day Shred program- 21 days of personal training, supplements, accountability, nutritional guidance, classes, before and after 3D Body scans. $129 / $99 for Fitness First members
